A traditional local vine variety, Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce owes its strange name to the peculiar shape of its bunches, i.e. cylindrical, narrow and compact with a characteristic off-shoot at the top.
Vinification
Red-wine vinification creates a strictly natural sparkling wine with a lively, cheerful mousse reminiscent of the jovial temperament of the Emilian people.
