> LAMBRUSCO SALAMINO DI S.CROCE D.O.C. RUBY RED


Alcoholic strength: 11,00% Vol.
Vine variety: Lambrusco Salamino.
Vinification: red-wine vinification, with cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: intense ruby red colour, fragrance of ripe fruit, sapid, winy flavour.
Available: all year round.

> LAMBRUSCO SALAMINO DI S.CROCE D.O.C. ROSE'


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Lambrusco Salamino.
Vinification: rosé-wine vinification, with brief maceration on the grape skins. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: bright rosé colour, fruited aroma, sapid, delicate taste.
Available: all year round.

>LAMBRUSCO SALAMINO DI S.CROCE D.O.C. SEMI-SWEET


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Lambrusco Salamino.
Vinification: red-wine vinification, with cold maceration. Partial fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: red colour, fruited fragrance and flavour, pleasantly semi-sweet.
Available: from February to April
Important: strictly comply with the practical advice given here for bottling sweet and semi-sweet sparkling wines in the traditional way.

> LAMBRUSCO SORBARA D.O.C. RED


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Lambrusco Sorbara.
Vinification: cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: ruby red colour, characteristic floral fragrance, sapid, fresh flavour.
Available: from February to April.

> LAMBRUSCO GRASPAROSSA D.O.C. RED


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Lambrusco Grasparossa.
Vinification: red-wine vinification, with cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: red colour, characteristic winy fragrance, smooth flavour.
Available: from February to April.

> REGGIANO LAMBRUSCO D.O.C. ROSSO


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Lambrusco Marani, Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Salamino ed Ancellotta.
Vinification: red-wine vinification, with cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: red colour, characteristic winy fragrance, smooth flavour.
Available: from February to April.

> MODENA LAMBRUSCO D.O.P. RED


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco di Sorbara and Lambrusco Grasparossa.
Vinification: red-wine vinification, with cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: red colour, fresh fragrance and flavour, slightly winy.
Available: from February to April.

>"CASTELLO" WHITE WINE


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Chardonnay and Garganega.
Vinification: white-wine vinification with soft pressing of the Garganega grapes. Light cold maceration of the Chardonney grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sensory characteristics: straw yellow colour, characteristically delicate aroma, fresh, slightly sapid flavour.
Available: all year round.

>MALVASIA DELL'EMILIA I.G.T. SWEET


Alcoholic strength: 11,00 % Vol.
Vine variety: Malvasia di Candia.
Vinification: white-wine vinification with soft pressing of the grapes. Partial fermentation at low temperature.
Sensory characteristics: Yellow in colour with gilded reflections, intense and characteristic aroma, pleasantly sweet flavour of ripe fruit.
Available: from February to April
